Park Irrigation Upgrade

Mataranka Dump Point

Works will commence on Wednesday 8 November 2023 to fix the dump point at Stan Martin park in Mataranka.
Playground Shelter and Softfall

Plans for the installation of a shelter structure and softfall at Barunga playground have been developed. Anticipated date of completion is December 2023.
Installation of Solar Lights - Urapunga
Date completed

The installation of solar lights in Urapunga is now complete, with thanks to funding provided by Urapunga Local Authority.
Weemol Access Road Upgrade

Works to upgrade the access road from Bulman to Weemol have been completed.
Upgrade to Internal Roads

Works to reseal and upgrade the drainage of all local roads in Bulman have been completed.
Creche Playground Shade Structure and Softfall

The supply and installation of a shade structure and softfall at Jilkminggan Creche playground is completed, with thanks to funding provided by the Department of Education, Skills and Employment.
Upgrades to Oval Furniture

The installation of more spectator seating, an umpire enclosure, and a scoreboard at Barunga Oval have been completed.
Numburindi Festival Ablution Block

Plans for the construction and installation of a public ablution block in Numbulwar have been developed to support the Numburindi Festival, with thanks to funding provided by the NT Government via Arts NT. Anticipated completion is December 2023.
Rodeo Ground Shade Structure

The installation of a shade structure at Mataranka Rodeo Ground has been completed, with thanks to funding provided by the Better Halves Club.
Upgrade to Internal Roads

Rehabilitation to the drainage of all internal roads in Manyallaluk has now been completed.
Playground and Basketball Court Fencing

Replacement of the fencing around Beswick playground and basketball court has been completed.
Playground Softfall

The installation of softfall at Manyallaluk playground has been completed. This project aligns with Roper Gulf Regional Council's strategic goal to foster increased participation in community activities, healthy lifestyles, and a safe living environment.
BBQ Family Area

Works have been completed to install a family BBQ area in Jilkminggan, with thanks to funding provided by the Jilkminggan Local Authority.
Upgrades to Sport and Recreation Hall

The internal refurbishment of Bulman Sport and Recreation Hall has been completed.
Anyula Street Upgrade Stage 1

Upgrades have been completed in Borroloola on Anyula Street, from the intersection of Robinson Road. The works included implementation of a Kiss and Go area to foster safe access to the school, bollards, resurfacing, and improved drainage.
Store Road Stabilisation

Works to stabilise Minyerri's Store Road have been completed.
Nulawan Road Pavement Rehabilitation

Playground Installation

Roper Gulf Regional Council engaged works to install a new playground in Beswick. The playground shelter and the playground equipment have now been installed. This project was completed October 2022.
