Date completed
The installation of a shelter structure and softfall at Barunga playground is underway, with thanks to partial funding from the Barunga Local Authority. This project supports Roper Gulf Regional Council's strategic goal to foster increased participation in community activities, healthy lifestyles, and a safe living environment. Anticipated date of completion is December 2023.
Update: Works are completed and an official opening is scheduled.
