National Indigenous Tennis Carnival

Four young tennis players

On the 29th of August, four youth from Numbulwar community attended that National Indigenous Tennis Carnival in Darwin.

The three day event was entertaining and challenging for the four community members that attended. The four competitors were chosen by their acting school principal. These children are the highest attending students in Numbulwar, and this was used as a reward for their great attendance. Roper Gulf Regional Council Staff Russell Numamurdirdi and Felicity Rami also attended the event, transporting all the youth and supervising them for the weekend!

The carnival was a fantastic weekend for all who attended.
