Roper Gulf Advocate for the Region in Canberra

Our Mayor, Tony Jack, our CEO, David Hurst, and General Manager of Corporate Services and Sustainability, Cindy Haddow, are currently in Canberra, representing our region at the highest level.

During their visit to Parliament House, they had the opportunity to meet with key government representatives, including the Honourable Darren Chester, Shadow Minister for Northern Australia and Local Government.

They have been advocating for the needs of our communities throughout the week, which remains a top priority, ensuring that Roper Gulf stays on the national agenda.
