The principal is seeking a qualified tenderer for the completion of the remaining design delivery, construction delivery, transportation and installation of a single story two-bedroom demountable dwelling. The scope is to be delivered in accordance with the conditions of this Request for Tender and the Conditions of Tender.
This project consists of the delivery of a fully functional two-bedroom demountable dwelling that meets the Australian Standards and specifications provided. Facilities within the dwelling include:
- Two ensuite bedrooms
- A shared kitchen
- A shared laundry
- A Shared living space
- An outdoor decking area
The principal has provided a geotechnical survey and a preliminary designs which are at 50% completion. It will be the tenderer's responsibility to advance this design to full completion, incorporating all necessary adjustments and detailed planning to ensure compliance with the required standards and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Finalizing the provided 50% design to a comprehensive 100% design.
- Coordinating and overseeing all facets of the construction process.
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Delivering the completed demountable house within the stipulated timeline and tender price provided.
