Roper Gulf Regional Council (Council) is delighted to receive funding from the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) through the Aboriginal Benefit Account for the Homelands Project for the purposes of carrying out works in Kewulyi, Mount Catt and Jodetluk.
For the development of its new Strategic Plan, a plan set to guide the Council from 2022-2027, Roper Gulf Regional Council took on a new approach to the development of the publication and rolled out an extensive community consultation process across the entire Roper Gulf region.
Thank you to everyone who came and purchased an Egg and Bacon roll from the Katherine Support Centre this morning. The breakfast fundraiser raised a total of $629.00, all of which will be donated to the disaster relief and recovery in Tonga.
Roper Gulf Regional Council’s Katherine Support Centre is serving bacon and egg rolls from 7:00am – 9:00am on Friday 11 February 2022 to raise funds for disaster relief in Tonga.
Applications for Roper Gulf Regional Council's Community Grants Program will be open on Monday 07 February 2022. Community groups, organisations and individuals are invited to apply for grant funding of up to $5,000 each to support local community projects.
