Roper Gulf Regional Council is recruiting for a RAES Senior Employment Coordinator to join our team in Borroloola.
The RAES Senior Employment Coordinator leads the delivery of the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) in Borroloola. The role coordinates the employment team, supports participants into meaningful work and training, and builds strong relationships with local employers, community organisations and Traditional Owners. It also oversees program reporting and compliance, so that services are culturally safe and deliver real outcomes for the community.

Salary & Benefits:
- Level 6: $94,400.41 to $103,825.61 per annum, plus leave loading
- Fixed Term Full Time, 38 hours per week, until 30 June 2028
