Roper Gulf Regional Council is recruiting for a Community Cultural Liaison Adviser to join our team in Wugularr.
The Community Cultural Liaison Officers provide a crucial link between the Roper Gulf Regional Council and Aboriginal communities to ensure cultural perspectives, traditions, and practices are respected and integrated into all Council operations, programs and services. This role involves facilitating communication, fostering relationships, contributing to selection panels and promoting cultural awareness within the Council and broader community to ensure Cultural safety.
Under an approved Special Measures Plan, this position is designated only for a person from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nationality who meets all essential selection criteria and is suitable at the level of the position.

- Base Salary: $42.4369 per hour plus 25% Casual Loading
