Roper Gulf’s Council Conquerors represented the Northern Territory in the National Australasian Management Challenge in Brisbane this week. This opportunity comes after their impressive victory in the NT division earlier this year, evidence of their knowledge and excellence in local government management.
The National Australasian Management Challenge brings together the best local government teams from across Australia and New Zealand. The Roper Gulf team were thrown a series of real-life scenarios, which tested their abilities to navigate and resolve potential challenges that councils may face. These challenges range from financial management and strategic planning to community engagement and crisis response
Participation in the challenge not only allows the team to showcase their skills but also to learn and grow from the experience. The Roper Gulf team has been preparing diligently, aiming to bring innovative solutions and strategic insights to the table.
