Program Manager

We are seeking a passionate Program Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery across our Community Engagement Division. This role supports the sustainability of funded programs, including NDIS and Aged care.

As a Program Manager, you will maintain expertise across funded programs, providing expert advice and mentoring to staff. You will engage in strategic service delivery planning, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. Additionally, you will manage program budgets, monitor income and expenditure, and build positive relationships with stakeholders. Your role will also involve developing data collection strategies, supporting grant acquittal.

This is permanent, full-time position based in Katherine, NT.

Remuneration package includes:

  • Salary of $ 124,317.47 to 136,878.86 per annum (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).

  • Relocation assistance up to $5,000.
