Roper Gulf Regional Council is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional in the field of Community Engagement to join our team in the position of Program Manager in Katherine.
The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the high quality delivery of services across the Community Services and Engagement division in accordance with funding agreement objectives and obligations.
The Program Manager will work collaboratively across the organisation to support the sustainability of funded programs, including NDIS and Aged Care, through high performance results within the funding parameter. They will provide in-community technical advice to staff across the division inclusive of services delivery planning, resourcing, reporting and delivery monitoring as well as leave coverage for key program staff. The Program Manager is responsible for oversight of budgets and ensuring that funded programs are delivered efficiently.

Location
This is a maximum term (3 years contract), full-time position based in Katherine, NT.
Salary
Salary of $114,118.16 to $ 125,648.98 per annum plus Superannuation, accommodation and vehicle benefits.
