Community Safety Coordinator

The Community Safety business unit is responsible for delivering funded programs including Night Patrol, Outside School Hours Care, Sport and Recreation, Alcohol & Other Drugs, Youth Reconnect/Services, Indigenous Broadcasting and Libraries.

The primary purpose of the Community Safety Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate the delivery of the Community Safety programs within the community and its area. In this role, you will be responsible for program coordination, facilitation of events for Community Safety programs, supporting Sport & Recreation, ensuring programs operate effectively and efficiently and providing supervision and support to remote staff.

This is a fixed term, full-time position based in Borroloola community, NT.

Salary

Level 5 indicative $70,830.96 to $77,867.96 per annum based on 38 hours per week (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).
