Roper Gulf Regional Council is recruiting for a Community Development Program (CDP) Manager to join our CDP team in Katherine.
In this role, you’ll manage the CDP contract, ensuring compliance and overseeing budgets and subcontractors. You’ll set performance indicators, conduct financial analyses, and report to stakeholders. You’ll lead and develop a diverse team, build relationships with community and government, and ensure high-quality service delivery .

Salary
Level 9 indicative $119,824.07to $131,931.43 per annum based on 38 hours per week (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).
