Roper Gulf Regional Council is currently seeking a CDP Activity Engagement Supervisor to join our team based in Borroloola, NT.
The Community Development Program (CDP) is a remote employment and community development service being delivered by Roper Gulf Regional Council on behalf of the Commonwealth Government. Council is required to deliver a quality service, fulfilling all obligations and adhering to CDP contractual compliance under the Head Agreement.
The primary purpose of this role is to support and motivate jobseekers to attend identified CDP activities, training and appointments. With your knowledge and community connections, you will engage with the whole residents of the community to deliver job seeker services that are culturally, socially and environmentally appropriate.
Salary
Level 4 indicative $62,958.47 to $69,177.78 per annum based on 38 hours per week (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).
