Providing a high level senior administrative support to the Council Services Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the Council's Service Delivery Centre in Borroloola, including providing supervision and support to the staff working in the office to ensure services are delivered and timely and accurate reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
This hands-on role will require you to be involved in a variety of administration and customer related tasks. With an aptitude for well-developed organisational and time management skills, you will have proven ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines whilst maintaining a pleasant and respectful manner engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external clients.
Salary
Level 5 indicative $70,830.96 to $77,867.96 per annum based on 38 hours per week (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).
