The Aged Care and Disability Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Aged Care and NDIS programs across the region in accordance with program guidelines and in a culturally sensitive manner.
This is a fixed term, full time position until 30 June 2023 (with possibility of extension).
Salary
Level 6 indicative $79,738.27 to $87,699.57 per annum based on 38 hours per week (negotiated based on qualifications and experience).
