This role involves delivering culturally appropriate services, meeting performance targets, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to help individuals achieve meaningful employment outcomes.

Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $63,140.26 - 77,998.16 per annum (depending on experience), plus remote area allowance
- Leave Entitlements: 6 weeks annual leave + 10 days personal/sick leave
