Roper Gulf Regional Council is seeking an experienced and community-focused Council Services Coordinator to lead the delivery of core municipal services in Manyallaluk. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in remote communities while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As the Council Services Coordinator, you will oversee Council's core services delivery model and actively manage the local workforce that delivers it. You'll set targets and development plans for your team, conduct quarterly performance reviews, collect and report on key performance indicators for your site, and work closely with the Council Services Manager to deliver against the Directorate's operational plan and budget. You will also coordinate and support the Local Authority, its meetings and its members, and build effective working relationships across Council work teams, government agencies and the community.
This is a permanent, Full-time position based in Manyallaluk, NT.

- Base Salary: $94,400.41 - $103,825.61 (depending on experience)
