Libraries

Council is supported by Northern Territory (NT) Library & Archives in the provision of a range of library services to its constituents

Our library services vary between communities and range from traditional library facilities staffed by welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful professionals, to the provision of open-air free public Wi-Fi.

The library program has a number of key objectives focused on the wellbeing and connectedness of constituents including ensuring access to information regarding their documentary heritage, improving literacy, and creating stronger, more creative, and well-informed communities.
